Dr. Ankita Singh is the Chief People Officer and a Board Director at CIGNEX, as well as the founder of the HR Association of India. With over 23 years of HR experience in high-paced ITES domains, she has led HR functions, including Administration, Travel, and Resource Management. Ankita holds a PhD in Management and has completed executive programs from IIM-A, ISB-Hyderabad, and XLRI. She is a certified PPA (Thomas Profiling) Practitioner.
Under her leadership, CIGNEX has been certified as a “Great Place to Work” for four consecutive years. Ankita has been recognized among Forbes India’s Top 100 Great People Managers for four years in a row. Aparna's involvement with PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) began in 2014, guided by her mentor, the President of the Karnataka Employer Association. Chandra Duraiswamy has 27 years of experience in Marketing Communication thrived across multiple Sectors, Geographies and Cultures. Shubha Rao is the founder of MPower Management Consultants, Bangalore, with 18 years of corporate experience in Manufacturing, IT, and Financial Services, and 14 years in independent consulting. An HR professional, Shubha specializes in Employee Relations, Training and Development, Gender Inclusivity, Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) at the workplace, and Risk Mitigation.
Since itsShe has held significant positions in multinational companies, including Infosys Technologies and Goldman Sachs, where she served as Vice President and Head of Employee Relations. Shubha has been recognized for her exemplary work in PoSH, receiving the Infosys Excellence Award in 2004 and the prestigious Optimas Award in 2005 by Workforce Management, New York.
