Who Can Apply?
If you’re a registered organization having more than 10 employees in an office in India, and your organization has been in existence for 2 years or more, you can apply. This includes registered companies, partnership firms, limited liability partnerships, registered societies and trusts. There is no limitation on size of the organization, industry, turnover, geographical or other parameters.
The Judging Premise
The parameters of judging will broadly be based on PoSH legal compliance, best practices, active interest in the cause of workplace safety, and broader indices that reflect the culture of the organization. Organisations will be evaluated for the calendar year 2023 (1 Jan - 31 December 2023). Data and documentation has to be submitted accordingly.

The Evaluation Process
The evaluation process is simple, transparent and objective.
It is a two level evaluation process that has been devised to evaluate entries on various parameters both quantitative and qualitative.
The tech platform for registration and submission of entries is smooth and sleek, and the jury evaluation system is streamlined to optimize for fairness and criticality, and minimize process error.
The first level of evaluation will assess all the entries, and the top 50 from that round of evaluation shall move forward. Our team has put together a comprehensive questionnaire and indicated the total possible score for each entry.
At this point, the shortlisted applicants will receive intimation.
The second round will consist of further evaluation by a separate jury – during which they may seek additional information or verification from the applicant, and score the entries. After assimilating the scores, the top 25 will be decided.
Judges' decision shall be final and binding on all the participants. The decision will not be subject to review or appeal.
We are committed to complete confidentiality of all data submitted at any stage of the evaluation process. No data shall be utilized for any purpose other than to compute the winners of the Kelp PoSH Awards ® 2024 – Top 25 Safest Workplaces in India.
The last date for submissions is 01 October, 2024.
The Kelp PoSH Awards® 2024 awards ceremony will be held on 9 December, 2024 at a venue in India to be confirmed closer to the date.

Pay the nomination fees of INR 10,000/- (+GST)

You will receive a link [with your unique registration id] to the Kelp PoSH Awards® 2024 microsite at your registered email id. Email poshawards@kelphr.com if you don’t receive the same within 48 hours of registering. -

Once you are on Kelp PoSH Awards® 2024 nomination page, start answering the questions, feed in the required data, and attach supporting documents wherever required.

Save the form periodically to prevent data loss.

Upon completion of the entire form, click submit and wait on the page till you are notified that your form has been submitted. Please note incomplete forms will not be considered valid entries for the awards.
