The aim behind establishing the KelpHR PoSH Awards® was to redefine the best practices of PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) at the workplace. In January 2020, the first edition of these awards was conducted, where deserving organizations that went beyond compliance to create a harassment-free workplace were honored. The winners were selected by a distinguished panel of judges and celebrated in a joyous evening of camaraderie, celebration, and recognition.
For the second and third edition of the awards, we simplified the format so that organizations of all sizes and shapes could participate and have a fair chance at winning. The previous two editions of the awards have featured a list of the Top 25 Safest Workplaces in India that were awarded the honour after a thorough and careful selection procedure which involved an eminent jury.
In the 4th edition of the awards, we aim to continue this process for selecting the Top 25 Safest Workplaces in India at the KelpHR PoSH Awards® 2023 – Top 25 Safest Workplaces in India.

The best thing about the KelpHR PoSH Awards®2021 was the wide platform; many minds with a similar objective to build / contribute to respectful workplaces; a sense of camaraderie. Of course, gratitude to Titanians who have contributed to helping us get this recognition, but it has shown also that ‘respectful workplaces’ isn’t a recognition for one year, it’s constant area of strengthening and improvement.
The detailed process of seeking information with supporting documents ensures that companies who walk the talk are getting recognized. We mention this award in all our internal and external people presentations to promote inclusion and diversity in the organization.
First of its kind in a much-needed area of corporate compliance & safety. This will surely help companies invest more time and efforts in this extremely important area of employee well being and safety. We have been focusing on making our workplace safe for decades, especially since we are majority women employees. It is a tough job and has taken a good investment of our time and efforts. We finally feel recognized and rewarded for it. Smita and the team are doing a fabulous job with KelpHR. I am sure it has not been an easy ride as companies view PoSH as a compliance drudgery whereas it is much bigger and more impactful than just statutory compliance.
